forgot and left the bedroom door open last night before going to bed. the consequence being that i wake to sloppy tongue bounding puppy fur bounces.

must remember to leave door open more often.

bright fall sun melting frost and i see my white cloud breath again in the sunlight.

spied alphonse twitching his tail and followed his gaze to a scruffy yellow tom twitching back a distance. chased him off a bit on my way to the car but he was undeterred. guess i know where alphy's getting his scratches these days.

weight watchers meeting in twenty minutes and i'm adjusting in my head the thought that this is a life process, not a temporary fix.
