holiday today and it's sunny as summer... i'm pumped with caffeine and down over 16 pounds from just the last three weeks of weight watchers (i'm going to do it this time damnit)...

plans to meet a newish friend this afternoon for coffee chat.. she needs a friend right now and i'm all ears and hugs and well, i can use new friends as well. definitely.

still waiting for the call from the fam announcing the arrival of my new nephew (name still unknown - they have the baby name book packed and ready)... my trip down there is less than three weeks away... i'm looking forward to it. immensely.

just scratching the surface of course but i've gotta get my sun day on.
